The midway point is usually the toughest, so when scheduling the consultation (after your purchase) I would suggest that you time the consultation for the mid way point (in this instance day two).
As an extra boost during the programme you can also opt to come along to a Yoga class. This will help eliminate even more toxins and help you to relax during the programme. Or if you prefer, enjoy a soothing massage as a pampering treat! (East Devon practice). Those further afield will receive an extra motivational telephone call/Skype.
